The Milton Method
Cold water sterilising with Milton is very easy and quick. There are just 3 simple steps;

Clean utensils thoroughly after each feed.

- Clean bottles and teats* thoroughly with warm soapy water.
- Rinse with cold water.
*For latex teats, rub inside and out with salt to remove all milk deposits and rinse.

Prepare the Milton solution.

Add your items to the solution
|
- Ensure that no air bubbles are trapped inside the bottles/utensils.
- Everything in the solution will be ready to use after 15 minutes or can be left in the solution for 24 hours until you need to use them again.
- Wash your hands before removing utensils from the solution.
- Drain bottles and teats - there is no need to rinse.
- Fill bottles immediately and cover teats to prevent any germs or bacteria coming onto contact with the sterilized bottle.
